Pacific Advance Composites Sdn Bhd (PACSB) is a fully owned subsidiary of Dialog Group Bhd which is listed on Bursa Malaysia’s Main Board. PACSB’s core business is in FRP composites piping which covers engineering, manufacturing, shop fabrication and site installation servicing in the oil & gas and petrochemical industry.

We are looking for suitable candidates who seek challenging and exciting careers to join us at our Kota Kinabalu project office or Nilai Manufacturing plant and are prepared to be deployed onshore/ offshore throughout Malaysia and South East Asia.

Post Name:- Field Construction Engineer

Responsibilities:-

•  Coordinate and liaise with the construction team for equipment & material deliveries, specifications and clarifications
• Liaise with the Fabricator to ensure material delivery and fabrication works are completed on time
• Monitor and report the progress in engineering & material delivery areas
• Review and identify engineering designs, drawings, requirements and submissions to ensure compliance to project requirements
• Report to the Project Manager and support project execution to minimize project challenges/issues to ensure minimal impact on the project delivery timeline
• Liaise with clients on project matters
• Prepare work packs as well as participate in work pack challenges.

Requirements:-

•  Preferably Sarawakian and willing to be based in the Kota Kinabalu project office, Sabah or Nilai Manufacturing plant
• Degree in Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management in the oil & gas industry. Preferably with FRP experience
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written)
• Flexible and able to travel frequently to project sites
• Good organization and communication skills preferred
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office & Outlook)
