What Is the Position?

Post Name:- Food & Beverage Manager

What will I be doing?
As Food & Beverage Manager, you are responsible for managing the operations of all hood & Beverage outlets to deliver outstanding and profitable guest and team member experience. You will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work closely with all managers In achieving the hotel’s targets. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Oversee operations of Food & Beverage outlets
  •  Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
  • Recruit, manage, train, and develop the team
  • Assist with annual and mid-year appraisals with team members under your responsibility
  • Manage quest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work within budgeted guidelines
  • Assist in setting departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
  • Develop menus with other members of Food & Beverage team
  • Accountable for monthly stock takes
  • Implement programs & incentives to maximize sales and revenue
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain great working relationships

What are we looking for?

  •  Degree in relevant area is a must
  •  Previous F&B Management experience In an International 5 star property
  • Innovative & committed to delivering high levels of customer service with a positive attitude
  • Good communication & reporting skills
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Willingness and ability to develop team members and self
  • Up to date knowledge of modem trends and applications in the field of Food & Beverage
  • Strong commercial focus and business sense
  • Proven leadership, training & organizational ability is essential along with the capacity to analyze and solve problems and proven work experience of managing a team
