Post Name: IT Support Engineer
The duties include provide Technical Support for all Eng Kong offices in Singapore. Server/Network administration, daily server backup (Symantec Backup Exec), maintain/update system inventory, software licensing and provide support to Group Financial and Operational/ Transactional systems. The candidate(s) who is likely to meet the requirements need to possess the following attributes:
Requirements:

• ITE/ Diploma / Degree in IT-related discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years’ hands-on working experience in end user support (hardware & software)
• Strong support knowledge in Windows Server (W2K3, W2K8, W2012, W2016)
• Exchange & SQL Server / Microsoft AD, DNS, DHCP, etc
• Troubleshooting skills on computers and related equipment
• Good knowledge in firewall, Routers, Wireless devices and Switches
• Experience in ASP, SQL and/or computer programming languages
• Experience in Mobile apps development will be an added advantage
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking & writing associates)
• Self-initiator on performing tasks/ resourceful and responsive
• Good team player and possess excellent communication skills
• Able to work independently.
