We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data & Stock Analyst to join our team.

About The Role:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Ensure accuracy of data in the manufacturing system.
• Utilize analytical tools and techniques to extract insights from stock-related data.
• Prepare and present daily reports on jobs, overall stock performance and procurement recommendations.

Stock Control and Monitoring:

• Conduct regular and comprehensive stock checks to ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Monitor stock movements and requirements.
• Implement effective stock balancing strategies.

Stock Audit and Analysis:

• Perform thorough stock audits.
• Conduct detailed wastage analysis.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with the accounts department to reconcile stock records.
• Collaborate with managers to understand job requirements and align stock levels accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth stock-related operations.

Procurement Support:

• Assist in the overall stock procurement process.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting & information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on stock control and procurement would be an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g.. Excel, Word, etc) with Excellent presentation and report writing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify patterns and trends in complex datasets.
• Effective communication skills to convey insights and recommendations to various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP software is a plus.
• Be self motivated, accountable, flexible, and enthusiastic about the job.
• Interpersonal skills such as problem solving, time management and people’s skill.
• Capacity to perform under minimum supervision.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and work in a team.
