Due to our continuous growth we offer the following new position which is to be filled immediately.
Reporting to DGM (Sales, Marketing and Business Development)
Post name: Technical Engineer
Location – Muscat, Oman

Key Responsibilities:

• Development of designs of structures, poles, cross arms and foundations including static calculations.
• Development of specifications
• Design of poles according to the production possibilities.
• Support of the sales activities including technical presentations.
• Technical management of projects.
• Coordination between the technical team Germany, the local technical team and the customers.
• Documentation & archiving of technical documents including designs, drawings and static calculations.
• Other jobs assigned by the Manager from time to time.

Required Competencies:

• University graduated engineering qualification in civil or structural engineering.
• At least 3 years experience in engineering design.
• Computer literacy is a must.
• Very good MS-office skills
• Knowledge and skills in using AutoCAD and Inventor software programs.
• Knowledge and skills in using Soficad software program will be an advantage
• Knowledge in precast concrete will be an advantage.
• Proficient English skills.
• Well-structured and goal-oriented working method.
• Skills in project management.
• Capacity for teamwork
• Flexibility and reliability.
