Post Name: Heavy Machinery Maintenance Technician

Location : Mukah

Reports to: Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to machine breakdown, trouble-shooting, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments, produce service report for job perform. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and equipment as schedule. Utilize a variety of hand power tools, electric meters and, material handing equipment in performing duties.
• Complete jobs assigned for the day and any other assigned from time to time. Ensure good maintenance technical
• Cleaning and servicing of machine attachments like winches, blades and side booms.
• Reporting damaged or faulty equipment to management heavy Equipment Mechanic requirement.
• Good communication skills
• Consulting with other mechanics on smaller jobs.
• Performing major repair work when necessary.

Qualification:

• Machinery Engineering from related field
• High level of honesty and integrity
• Willingness and ability to work under tight schedules and deadlines
• Physical fitness
• Should have quality if leadership, interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively and professionally with employees, mine supervisors and leadership
• Must have minimum experience of at least two years of similar function.
