Post Name: Guest Service Attendant
Responsibilities
- Represent the hotel to all guests throughout the various stages of their stay
- Handle guest queries, assign rooms and update guest room information and cashiering tasks
- Bill/invoice settlement and posting charges
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a Guest Service Attendant
- Have a natural talent for customer service and “Bula Smile”
- Familiar with cash handling and credit card transactions
- Knowledge of Room Master software
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and shift hours

Responsibilities
- Perform day to day trouble shooting, repair and install plants mechanical and electrical systems.
- Assist with systems start-ups and operational checkouts on systems including configuration, wiring, calibration, grounding and power testing.
- Examine and test components and support systems to ensure they are in compliance with all standards and regulations.
- Dismantle devices to gain access and remove/replace defective parts
- Assemble and install electrical and electro-mechanical components and systems.
Requirements:-
- At least a Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
- Valid Wire man’s license.
- At least 2- years’ electrical experience in a hotel environment with a good grasp of health & safety.
