Job Description for Manufacturing Engineer:

• In-charge of machine assemblies & provide engineering support to daily production activities
• Involve to integration, setup, commissioning of machines
• Involve in application & process analysis of machine performance
• Coordinate with the Engineering Dept on design issues & improvements
• Prepare & update BOM, work instructions & design changes
• Familiar with 3D Cad/Solidworks software will be an advantage
• Liaise with relevant Staff including Suppliers to ensure successful completion of machine assembly projects

Manufacturing Engineer Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechatronics
• Effectively bilingual
• Good team player with a positive attitude & able to work hours & under pressure
• Able to lead projects independently

Job Description of Mechanical Design Engineer:

• Knowledge & experience in factory automation is an advantage
• Experience in electrical, pneumatic & sensor component selections
• Proficient in Solidworks 3D software

Mechanical Design Engineer Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder in Mechanical/ Mechatronics. Entry level
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in automation equipment design
• Candidate without experience will be considered

• Analyze project requirements. Design high precision and high tech automation equipment
• Selection of components such as servo axis & robots
• Coordinate with fabrication house & component Suppliers
• Guide Assembly Technicians to build & test the equipment

Senior Mechanical Design Engineer Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder in Mechanical/Mechatronics
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in automation equipment design
• Knowledge & experience in factory automation is an advantage
• Experience in electrical, pneumatic & sensor component selections
• Proficient in Solidworks 3D software
• Good in written & spoken English

Post Name: Senior Control Engineer

Senior Control Engineer Job Description:

• Analyze project requirements, design, develop & test industrial robotic equipment/machine
• Design electrical control system, make electrical schematic drawings using E3 (ePLAN as 2nd option)
• Source & select control components & place order for the components
• Execute control system set up, IO system, servo & step drive set up, axis tuning
• Provide technical support on site
• Good in documentation especially TCF

Job Requirements for Senior Control Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical &/or Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
• Added advantage: programing skill of PLC (Beckhoff preferred), motion controllers, robots & touch panels
• Good in written & spoken English
