Summary of key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:-

•  Knowledge of Cold storage super freezer and cooler (minus 60 degree) repair and maintenance
• Knowledge of fishing vessel and technical department of the ship;
• Ensure that all factory processing machinery and equipment are in working condition;
• Knowledge of repairing of fishing vessel equipment and of fresh and frozen fish factory equipment:
• Liaising with ship captain, engineering crews, and fish factors managers;
• lead, guide, and motivate Engineering staff; Reporting to General Manager.

Qualifications & Experience:-

The Candidate must have hands on extensive experience engineering or in the similar role. A working knowledge of fish factory machinery, fishing vessel machinery would be an added advantage.
