Cuisine Chef, Purchasing Assistant Job Vacancies at Grand Palace Hotel Malaysia

Job Opportunity

Post Name: Local Cuisine Chef

• At least 5 years of working experience as chef in Hotel line or related field.
• Experience to cook local food.
• Ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way.

Post Name: Purchasing Assistant

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Assisting with the inspection of goods.
• Assisting with analyses and reports.
• Assisting with negotiation strategies and making recommendations.
• Required language: English and Mandarin, Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
