Post Names:- Head Chef & Sous Chefs & Commis Chefs

•  Highly motivated individuals with at least 4 years of Experience in F & B operations
•  An outgoing personality with a very good command of English
• Level Headed and calm under pressure
• Proficiency in related costing and cost control for F& B operations.
• Sound Knowledge in Purchasing and Inventory Management
• Having a professional, Friendly and proactive guest service while working with colleagues
• Marinating high standard of Hygiene
• Young energetic Males/ Females below 35 years of age
• Passion towards Cooking
• Willing to work long hours

Post Names:- Cashiers & Service Staff

•  Prospective Candidates should be below the age of 28. have passed the FSLC examination and Advanced Level Experience in a relative area.
•  Applicants should be able to communicate in English. The ability to converse in Hindustani/Fijian Language will be advantageous.
• Preference will be given to those who have 1-2 years experience as a cashier.
• Excellent understanding of Hospitality Services.
