We are seeking to employee an experienced Senior Construction Estimator for the Preparation and Delivery of Professional tenders and quotes for the Branch / Region.

To be the successful applicants you must be able to convince us that you have the ability to.

• Produce competitive and accurate pricing for all bids and estimates, learn the Fletcher Governance procedure and ensure compliance
• Full bid Management

• Project Planning
• Risk Registers
• Risk Sharing
• Innovative solutions
• Bid reviews & handovers

• Oversee the analysis of bid document, evaluate less apparent risks and benefits, identify win themes or other competitive advantages
• Co-ordinate with operational teams for project delivery on successful tenders
• Assist the senior management in the develop of successful long-term relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
