Reporting to the CFO, the Financial Controller will lead the high performing finance team, with responsibility for managing the finance, compliance, accounting and reporting functions. Key tasks include the completion of financial reports, budgets, financial modelling and analysis; leadership of Accounts, Payroll. Financial Accountant and Management Accountant; supporting managers with operational performance and the development of key stakeholder relationships.
Candidates of interest will be a Chartered Accountant with proven successful experience leading a complex finance function in a fast-paced operational environment, ideally a multi-site business. You will: Have proven experience in a senior finance position and a track record of leadership to develop successful, collaborative teams; Have a passion for technology & enjoy working with processes to improve efficiency; Be commercially astute, responding quickly to commercial opportunities; Be known as a strong relationship builder.
