IBRACO Construction Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary of IBRACO Group of Companies. We invite dynamic, committed and results-oriented professional to join us for the following positions.

QA / QC Manager:

  • To take part in planning and monitoring of all projects under the directive of project manager to ensure smooth implementation of projects according to company policies and procedures so that quality and timely completion of the projects can be achieved
  • To take charge of Quality Assurance / Quality Control and supervision at sites
  • Implement the QA / QC management system at site
  • Implement the company ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System
  • Ensure the works on site are carried out in accordance to the contract specifications, drawings and any other technical documents as approved by the consultants
  • To carry out day-to-day inspection on site and to attend to all site technical matters
  • To liaise with project consultants, contractors and any other relevant personnel on all technical and / or site matters
  • To record and prepare minutes of meeting for site and other technical meetings
  • To prepare all necessary report as required.
  • Able to work under pressure to meet with deadline
  • Candidate must possess a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent; and / or Possess minimum 7 years working experience in infrastructure related projects.

QA / QC Laboratory Technician:

  • To be responsible for all material testing and preparation of QA / QC report
  • To be responsible of all on site testing and reports pertaining to soil, concrete, pavement, asphalt work, and etc
  • To monitor all testing of work progress in accordance to project requirement
  • To perform site inspection that include but are not limited to road and structural works, concreting work, pavement work, and etc
  • Candidate must possess a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent; and / or Possess a minimum of 10 years working experience in QA / QC lab testing in infrastructure related projects

IBRACO requires Engineering Surveyor, Safety & Health Officer

Engineering Surveyor:

  • To organize construction programme and cost plan, to ensure completion date and budget / expenditure are controlled.
  • Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondences, supplier contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all projects
  • Record variations and authorize progress payments, to be consistent with the contract term, to assess all variation order and extension of time in accordance to the contract
  • Attend site meetings as required and to ensure site correspondences administration and contract matters are promptly attended to
  • Ensure signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation
  • Maintain a good working relationship with our consultants, main suppliers and contractors
  • Ensure works are constructed as per approved working drawings and specifications
  • As needed, provide guidance on contract matters to project managers or other operational staff, including training to new project manager and other employee in contracting practices and procedures
  • Liaise with Company employed subcontractors ensuring work meets our requirements and resolving any dispute amicably and in a timely manner
  • Work with Risk Management / Finance Department to coordinate contractual insurance requirements.
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
  • At least 7 year of working experience in related industry

Safety & Health Officer:

  • To investigate and / or record incidents, accidents, and / or complaints.
  • To perform risk assessments, site audit and site inspections in relation to occupational safety & health compliance
  • To ensure compliance with current health and safety regulations
  • To liaise with relevant authorities (e.g . DOSH)
  • Candidate must possess a registered Safety & Health license (Green Book) from NIOSH
  • At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Required languages: English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
