Post Name: TECHNICIAN

1) Technician for Facilities Management

• Perform daily operaional activities which includes attending to customers’ enquiries, needs and complaints
• Perform preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/ electrical services, ACMV systems, chiller and electrical control
• Coordinate and supervise contractors/ vendors work and documentation

2) Technical Service Technician

• Repair and maintenance of ACMV
• Perform preventive, troubleshooting and breakdown technical support and maintenance for ACMV systems, chillers and electrical control

General Requirements for Technicians:

• Recognized technical certificates in Air-conditioning, Mechanical & Electrical, Building Services, Facilities Technology or its equivalent
• Positive attitude, team player & customer-centric
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Work hours – Rotating shift work (Facilities Management) – 5 1/2 day work week (Technical Service)
• Only Singaporeans
