Job description:
Physical planning, architectural design, design development, tender documentation, construction drawings and project/ contract management.
Minimum qualifications required for Design & Project Architect:

• Master in Architecture (with equivalent Part 2 Graduate qualifications recognised by LAM) from local public/private university.
• Good Second Class (Upper) degree; or with CGPA 3.6 or above.
• 2 years relevant working experience in consultancy.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Lumionis necessary.
• Age: Not more than 31 years.

Post Name: 3D Illustration & Rendering Architects (3 Vacancies)
Job description of 3D Illustration & Rendering Architects:
Preparing digital 3D Modelling & illustration, and architectural rendering of buildings and master plans.
Minimum qualifications required:

• Bachelor of Architecture/Architectural Studies/Building Design.
• 6 years working experience in consultancy.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD or ArchiCAD, SketchUp and Lumion is necessary.
• Age: Not more than 40 years.
