Potential candidates should have a good engineering background (1st class honors / 2nd class upper or higher degree in civil/ structural engineering from a recognized university) and keenly interested to aspire as innovative structural engineers.

With 3 to 5 years of structural design experience on varied structures and types (RC, structural steel, etc.). Fresh graduates may also be considered for junior posts.
