Architect, Engineers, Inspector of Works Job Vacancies at KBCS Konsortium Bumi Consultants & Services Sdn Bhd

Post Name: Resident Architect Based in Kuching
Requirement and Competency:

1. Possess at least a Bachelor Degree or higher in Architecture or equivalent as stated within the agreement with the client.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in site supervision of consulting in high rise building will be an advantage.
3. Registered with LAM
4. Liaise with consultant teams on drawings’ developments
5. Trouble-shoot architectural related works during construction stage
6. Quality Control and architectural works coordination
7. Coordinate with Contractor/ Supplier and Consultants to resolve onsite design and technical issues in timely manner
8. Solid understanding on construction details and sequence of works and able to carry out site inspections
9. Maintain proper records of all site activities and coordination works
10. Assist in design & site coordination in all construction works
11. Handle overall project and site office administration

Post Name: Resident Engineers (7 positions) – 24 months contract Water Supply Project
Requirement and Competency:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering registered with BEM.
2. 15 years working experience in site supervision of construction. Experience in rural water supply project will be an added advantage.
3. Willing to station in Kapit / Baleh / Pelagus / Tunoh / Ng. Gaat / Lusong Laku / Belaga / Long Urun.

Post Name: Inspector of Works (14 positions) – 24 months contract Water Supply Project
Requirement and Competency:

1. Recognized Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering.
2. 10 years of supervising C&S works. Knowledge in rural water supply would be advantageous.
3. Willing to station in Kapit / Baleh / Pelagus / Tunoh / Ng. Gaat / Lusong Laku / Belaga / Long Urun

Post Name: Civil Engineer (3 positions) – Permanent Position
Design Office – Based in Kuching
Requirement and Competency:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, registered with BEM.
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in civil design.
3. Able to work beyond office hours and willing to travel to interior part of Sarawak.
