This successful candidate should be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue though customer satisfaction and employee engagement

Food And Beverage Manager Responsibilities at Kenbest

• Manage all F&B outlet operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
• Provide excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Develop exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
• Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
• Recruit, manage, train and appraise the F&B team
• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
• Ensure two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Report to management regarding sales results and productivity

Requirements of Food And Beverage Manager

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or degree in culinary arts, food service management or related field
• Proven food and beverage management experience
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
• Guest-oriented and service-minded
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet financial targets
