Keresa Mill Sdn Bhd is an established oil palm mill based in Sarawak. We seek highly motivated resourceful and suitably qualified individuals to join us for the below positions:

Boilerman, Electrical Chargeman, Electrician job vacancies at Keresa Mill Sdn Bhd

Post Name: Boilerman
Job Location: Bintulu, Sarawak

Responsibilities of Boilerman:

• Knowledge in Boiler, Water Treatment and Air Compressor
• Operate boiler and ensure safe operating procedure are compliance with OSHA/JKKP Act
• Monitor boiler related services, repairing and maintenance work
• Attend and follow up JKKP inspection on boiler, water treatment and air emission monitoring test.
• Ensure steam boiler operation in safe condition which is in compliance to the Factory and Machinery Act 1967
• To prepare maintenance schedule and report once work done
• To have proper Boiler Chemicals Inventory control system
• To up keep boiler and turbine log books and update report everyday
• To ensure work safety and cleanliness of work place at all time
• Able to work on shift rotating basis and at ad-hoc basis

Boilerman Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM /SPMV / IKM / Professional Certificate or equivalent.
• Candidate with Boilerman 1st Grade and 2nd Grade certificate are encouraged to apply.
• Experience: At least 2 years of working experience as Boilerman preferably in Palm Oil Mill.
• Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Accommodation is provided

Post Name: Electrical Chargeman / Electrician
Job Location: Bintulu, Sarawak

Responsibilities of Electrician:

• Ensure the electrical installation is maintained and safely operated as required by law.
• Carry out testing and minor electrical repairs
• Conduct routine inspections and planned preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Ensure all safety signs, shock treatment charts and PPE are available in the plant rooms and in acceptable condition.
• Inspect and test fire alarm systems and carry out minor repairs as instructed.
• Record Electrical plant/main switch board log readings.
• Assist in maintaining water pumps, compressors, motors and any other asset as assigned by engineers.
• Make sure the electrical installation in good condition
• Handling Genset Changeover & Monitor Genset condition.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time
• Responsible for handling electrical equipment including operating, maintaining and troubleshooting.
• To supervise and ensure all electrical equipment are installed according to the regulations set by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.

Electrician Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least AO recognized by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
• Minimum qualification: SPM/ SPMV/ IKM/ Professional Certificate or equivalent
• Experience(s): At least 2 years of working experience as Assistant Chargeman or Chargeman preferably in Palm Oil Mill.
• Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Accommodation is provided

• Able to start immediately.
