Senior Manufacture Engineer Position Available at Longi Technology (Kuching) Sdn Bhd Malaysia

Position 1: Senior Manufacture Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage overall material supply for solar cell production.
• Inventory and WIP control management, daily reporting and distribute to relevant departments.
• Supervise and responsible for materials control in production
• Responsible for production data collection, compilation and analysis and provide the baseline for improvement.
• Ensure sufficient material issued to production as per production schedule.
• Ensure material issuance based on Production Order (PO).
• Register all material issuance into ORACLE system.
• Control production material defects and reduce waste.
• Ensure and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Perform monthly stock count and report to finance.
• Plan, organize and set priorities to the materia! teams to achieve department and organizational KPIs.
• Safeguard company property (physical and intellectual).
• Incorporate 6S as working culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Master Degree in any field preference will be manufacturing related.
• At least 5-6 years related experience in a high volume manufacturing environment.
• Preferably to have Know edge in data statistics and materials management, preferable from same industry.
