Duties of Food Controller, Restaurant Supervisor, Chef:

1. Responsible for overseeing deliveries of items by suppliers
2. Oversees a restaurant’s kitchen by managing other members of the food preparation
3. Train and supervise restaurant staff, ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations, and resolve customer complaints
4. Ensure the kitchen is clean and sanitized at all times

Food Controller, Restaurant Supervisor, Chef Qualification:

1. Diploma in Culinary
2. Diploma in Hospitality Management

Experience: 24 Months
