Duties of Pastry Chef:

1. Create and prepare all pastry items as required by the business
2. Prepare, clean and organize ingredients for use in the kitchen
3. Plan the menu of desserts and pastry to complement savory items
4. Ensure the kitchen is clean and sanitized at all times

Pastry Chef Qualification:

1. Diploma in Culinary
2. Diploma in Hospitality Management

Experience: 24 Months
