Health and Safety Department is developing and growing. We are looking to recruit additional qualified faculty members; both full time and part time with a genuine passion for quality and excellence, who can demonstrate successful practical experience and teaching experience of not less than 3 years. You will be expected to meet the challenging needs of the students, adapt and draft course content, which will be measured by student standards, and adapt to the different learning styles and methods of course delivery. It is essential that you share your expertise and become involved in all aspects of enhancing the student experience within MCBS campus and become fully involved, professionally, at MCBS.

•  Roles & Responsibilities Level – Health and Safety Faculty
•  Develop and update presentations and support materials as required
•  Invigilate exams and mark assessments
•  Advise students in accordance with college procedures
•  Play an active role in assisting students with extra-curricular activities
•  Teach summer health and safety training courses to enhance work-readiness of graduate students o Assist in the implementation of health and safety within the college
•  Work with and assist existing health and safety faculty to maintain the highest standards of health and safety education for Omani students in order to produce graduates of the highest calibre to take occupational safety and health in Oman forwards.
•  English Language proficiency (IELTS 6.5)

Minimum Education: MSc in Occupational Safety and Health and PhD is an advantage

Experience: Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in the field of health and safety Practicing modern methods of teaching and learning Industry experience would be appreciated
