Nau mai, haere mai ki te Omata School.

We are a welcoming Year 1-8 teaching and learning team in a supportive semi-rural community within the rohe of Ngati Tairi hapu and Taranaki Iwi.
We are looking for someone with competence in Te Reo Maori me ona tikanga to support our akonga and kaiako.
We hope that you will be generous in modelling te reo Maori and help to provide guidance on tikanga across the school and for special occasions.
As well as in-class support, you will help adapt and prepare Te Reo Maori resources and activities to support programmes. Most important a sense of care and compassion for tamariki, and a passion for learning.
