Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort, Fiji’s leading resort is inviting applications from suitably qualified persons to join its Kitchen Brigade. You need to be enthusiastic and passionate about serving guests with the biggest Bula Spirit and strive to create a memorable experience for our guests.

Post Name: 1.Commis Chef

Minimum Qualification & Requirements:

• Year 12 pass
• Culinary Qualification
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language (English) used in the workplace.
• Working knowledge of food safety.
• Ability to multi task and work under pressure.
• Able to work nights, weekends and public holidays

Post Name: 2.Cook

Minimum Qualification & Requirements:

• Year 12 pass
• Ensure to maintain high cuisine standards for guests at all times
• Use food safety handling techniques at all times
• Preferable Previous Experience in Hospitality Kitchen

Post Name: 3.Pastry Cook

Minimum Qualification & Requirements:

• Year 12 pass
• Baking skills will be an advantage
• Basic knowledge on Food handlers safety measures
• Preferable Previous Experience in Hospitality Kitchen
