Pacific Destinations wanted Accounts Payroll Officer and Professional Drivers

Pacific Destinations a 100% Fijian owned Company invites committed and enthusiastic applicants to join our dynamic team. Vacant positions are based in our Head Office, Nadi.

Post Name:- Accounts Payroll Officer

Key Responsibilities include:-

1.  Collect and summaries timekeeping information
2. Process and close periodic payrolls
3. Distribute payroll to Banks and employees
4. Process statutory deductions in a timely manner
5. Submit payroll reports as and when required
6. Oversee Head Office stock maintenance
7. Handle and control petty cash
8. Any other duties assigned by Team Leader Finance

Qualifications & Skills Required:-

•  A Diploma in Accounting from a recognized institution;
• At least 2 years work experience in similar role;
• Proficient in the use of payroll software, spreadsheet and Microsoft Office programmes;
• Manage to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a can do’ attitude;
• Detailed oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills;
• A team player with pleasant attitude.

Post Name:- Professional Drivers

Qualifications & Skills Required:-

•  F6/F7 pass or equivalent
• A minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role
• Valid driver’s licenses for Group 4 & 5
• Valid Defensive Driving Certificate
• Experience in the tourism industry is ideal but not necessary
• Ability to communicate well in spoken and written English
