Pacific Energy SWP Limited, a subsidiary of Pacific Islands Energy (PIE) in Singapore, with businesses in the Pacific Islands, is seeking a talented individual for the role of Retail Inventory Controller based in our Suva head-office.

Post Name:- Retail Inventory Controller

Job Purpose:-
Continuously monitor inventory control related activities for bulk petroleum products in the retail sector, and assist with the sales development in our retail team.

Duties & Responsibilities

•  Daily monitoring and reconciliation of bulk product sales and deliveries (card/cash) with banking
•  Key contact person in the retail inventory activities
• Calculate cash & credit sales, verifying & confirming Pacific Card sales report.
• Reporting discrepancies if any to the Operators, Finance Team & Line Managers.
• Attend to any other assigned tasks.

Qualifications, Competence & Experience
It is desirable that the applicant has:-

•  A bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
•  Strong analytical skills.
• Minimum of one year experience in similar position.
• Good organization and communication skills.
• Able to meet strict deadlines
