Post Name:Estate/Operation Manager (Estate Based)
Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Responsible for field operations, maintenance upkeep, harvesting, transportation 4 infrastructure.
• Conduct closes monitoring and ensures all operations & activities within estate are according to the Company’s practice 4 guidelines
• At least 8-10 years of working experience in palm oil estate 4 familiar with field operational management
• Able to effectively communicate with & motivate staff & foreign labour force, ensuring employee’s welfare is being taken care of.
• Ability to converse in Bahasa Malaysia English; Chinese and Bahasa Indonesia would be an added advantage
• Experience in both peat & mineral soil area is an added advantage
• Willing to work in Bintulu area
  Post Name: Field Audit Assistant/Trainee (HQ Based)
  Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• To conduct field audit and daily inspection on the overall estate operations including weeding, maturing, harvesting, job quality etc as to ensure that tasks are carried out according to specifications or set standard
• Compilation of data based on findings and to prepare daily reports
• Requires to carry out investigation on suspicious records or substandard works or records.
• Minimum SPM Holder.
• Team player, trustworthy, good discipline, good meticulous skills & self motivated.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
• Preferable MALE candidate
• MUST be physically fit and in an excellent health condition
• Willing to work in Bintulu, Sarawak.
  Post Name: Storekeeper / Assistant Storekeeper (Estate/Quarry Based (Tataul)
  Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Coordinating with HQ personnel for material requisition
• Liaising with relevant parties for timely deliveries and checking of items’ quality and quantity.
• Prompt updating of equipment and all inventory transactions
• Ensuring sufficient stocks inventory and initiate replenishment when necessary
• Providing a clear filling system for purchase requisition forms and other documents.
• At least SPM/STPM or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of store /logistic warehouse experience ideally in estate or quarry sector
• Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English Language
• Computer Literate with at least basic knowledge of Microsoft Office application,
• Meticulous, responsible, mature and able to work independently.
• Preferable MALE candidate
