Post Name: Estate/Operation Manager
Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Responsible for field operations, maintenance, upkeep, harvesting, transportation & infrastructure.
• Conduct close monitoring and ensure all operations & activities within estate are according to the Company’s practice & guidelines.
• At least 8-10 years of working experience in palm oil estate & familiar with field operational management.
• Able to effectively communicate with & motivate staff & foreign labour force, ensuring employee’s welfare is being taken care of.
• Ability to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, English; Chinese and Bahasa Indonesia would be an added advantage.
• Experience in both peat & mineral soil area is an added advantage.
• Willing to work in Bintulu area.
  Post Name: Assistant Estate/Operation Manager
  Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
  Assist the estate Operation Manager in managing Company’s daily operation.
  Planning & implementing work schedule to achieve goals & targets.
  At least 5 years of working experience in palm oil estate & familiar with field operational management.
  Able to effectively communicate with & motivate staff & foreign labour force, ensuring employee’s welfare is being taken care of.

• Ability to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese and Bahasa Indonesia would be an added advantage.
• Experience in both peat & mineral soil area is an added advantage.
• Willing to work in Bintulu area.
  Post Name:Quarry Site Manager
  Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Managing the quarry plant operations which include the smooth running of the quarry plant, blasting & haulage of rocks, repairs & maintenance, purchase of spare parts, arrangement of ration, sales loading & general supervision of quarry workers.
• Ensure the compliance of Safety & Health Regulations within quarry’s compound.
• Attend to all administrative functions related to quarry operations ie. Preparation of production reports, executive reports, stock take, etc.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in quarry industry or in related field.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Tatau area.
• Possess of Blasting License recognized by Department of Mineral and Geo science Malaysia (JMG) will be an added advantage.
