Clerk of Works Contract job vacancy at Panggau Dayak Sdn Bhd

Position: Clerk of Works (Contract)

Key Responsibilities of Clerk of Works:

• Responsible for the supervision and monitoring of construction works in accordance with the contracts and construction drawings
• To monitor and keep daily record of all activities at the construction site to ensure that all data is kept in proper manner.
• Able to interact with all level of people confidently.
• Responsible for day-to-day project management, including liaison with all parties in the project.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities required by management.

Requirements for Clerk of Works at Panggau Dayak:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
• Conversant in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
• At least three (3) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
