Platinum Digital Print Solutions Ltd requires Head of Accounts

Platinum Digital Print Solutions Ltd specialises in managed print services and work flow solutions. We would like to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic individual for the above position based at our Head Office in Bedford.

Post Name:- Head of Accounts

Job Type:- Full Time 5 Days per week – 9.00am to 5.30pm

Salary:- Salary £30,000 according to experience

Responsible for all aspects of the company accounts, a sound working knowledge of Sage Line 50 is essential.

Duties will include:-

• Credit Control
• VAT Return

Bank Reconciliation/Invoice Financing, P11Dd’s Monthly Reconciliation of Purchase Ledger Producing Monthly Management Accounts Year End Closures

(Taxation experience would be an advantage)

Monthly Payroll for approx. 13 employees & other varied duties.

The successful candidate will be flexible, self-confident and a strong team player and must be able to take full responsibility of running the accounts office.
