PPKS job Vacancies for Financial Officer, Director and Manager

Post Name:- Chief Financial Officer, PPKS HQ
To be in charge of the financial affairs and procurement function of the PPKS Group.

Requirements:

•  Professional qualifications, i.e. ACCA, CIMA, ICA, CPA or an excellent Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
•  At least 15 years’ post-qualifying experience with at least 5 years in senior management position(s).
• Must be fully conversant with the prevailing Accounting Standards, Financial Management Tax Compliance and Planning, Contracts, Company Law, Banking and Commercial arrangements.
• Technically sound, commercially-sawy, well versed in commercial issues, able to give strong contribution and advice to the CEO and Board of Directors.
• Must have strong contacts with Financial Institutions and able to manage and develop a sizeable team. Must possess excellent communication skills and a strategic mind.
• Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills in order to work effectively with various stakeholders.

Post Name:- Campus Director, PPKS MUKAH
To be in charge of the operation of the training centre.

Requirements:-

•  At least a Bachelor’s Degree, certificate of accreditation (PP/PPD) from Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK) or equivalent with minimum 5 years’ working experience in management, in various functions of human resource management and performance management.
•  Ability to provide effective leadership in personnel management, programme planning and building.
• Experienced in managing a Training Centre with academic and skills programmes.
• Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (orally and in writing) to convey and elicit information effectively, and to develop cooperative working relationships with internal and external customers.

PPKS Post Name:- Senior Lecturers/Lecturers i-CATS Kuching
To teach Software Engineering and ICT related subjects and enhance academic excellence at i-CATS.

Requirements:

•  Possess a recognized Master’s and/or PhD/Doctorate degree in Software Engineering.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills especially in English.
• Possess a strong academic profile in the discipline and equivalent professional leadership experience.
• Highly developed people management skills with a strong team focus. To facilitate a culture of teaching, learning and research excellence to achieve strategic outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor others to engage with professional bodies, government and industry to gain external research funding.
• Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills in order to work effectively with various stakeholders.

Post Name:- Manager (Marketing), PPKS HQ
To oversee the overall marketing operation of the PPKS Group of Institutions.

Requirements:-

•  Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration/ Mass Communication or a degree in a related field.
• At least five (5) years’ experience in Education / Training/Marketing areas.
• Creative and innovative with a pleasant personality.
• Resourceful and able to work independently (self-directed, self-motivated) to meet deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (Bahasa Melayu & English). Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Able to prepare budget(s) and manage daily operations.
• Able to create and implement strategic plans.
