We have an amazing opportunity of an Internal Auditor to based at RCM Suva Branch. If you are confident, enthusiastic and would like to work in a Modern Retail Outlet, we would like to hear from you.

Role Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct Financial, Operational. Departmental, Fraud and Financial Irregularity Audits and follow up audits on periodic basis for the RCM Croup of Companies based on the Annual Internal Audit Plan.
• Carry out Stock take audit verifications for all stock counts carried out within the company and ensure that all stock take issues are identified and reported.
• Identify internal and external risk factors which the company may face, evaluate, and report to the Group Manager Audit through the Audit Supervisors with suggested remedial measures.
• Conduct training programs to relevant staff members upon introduction of new policies, procedures where required and guiding the staff on internal control matters and provide them clarifications on internal control matters if they desire.
• Monitoring, verifying and analyzing variances on quarterly stock count of RCM.
• Liaise with relevant external authorities with regard to investigation matters and ensure that such matters are solved immediately.
• Attend to daily audit related matters as directed by the Croup Manager Audit.
• Handle the security matters of the branch and liaise with security providers and security guards.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Degree in Accounting and Finance or equivalent.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and accounting software applications.
• Strong oral and written communications, analytical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
• Must be a team player.
• Valid class 2 driving license will be an advantage.
• Knowledge in retail and manufacturing sectors would be an added advantage.
