Radisson Blu Resort (Fiji) Denarau Island is seeking a dynamic, energetic and self-motivated individual for the role of Director of Sales & Marketing to join the No. 1 Family Resort in Fiji. If you have the relevant experience and looking for new challenges, we would like to hear from you!

Post Name:- Director of Sales & Marketing

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the overall sales and marketing functions of the resort by developing and implementing revenue generation strategies to increase product awareness and hotel sales.

Areas of Responsibility:-

•  Develop and implement annual sales and marketing goals aligned with the hotel’s overall revenue goals
•  Assist in implementing revenue generation strategies to maximize revenue
•  Create and implement marketing strategies which are designed to increase awareness in the local and international market
• Designs and proposes programs which meet customer needs and drive demand
• Seeks opportunities to improve the customer experience by seeking customer feedback and reviewing management reports and developing strategies to improve department and hotel services
• Maintain a high level of awareness of hotel competitor set performance
• Leverage all brand marketing support opportunities
• Lead and develop a dedicated sales & marketing team
• Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner to achieve the overall objectives of this position
• Creates 100% Guest satisfaction by driving the Yes I Can! Service experience

Key Requirements:-

•  Minimum of five (5) years’ sales and marketing management experience preferably in a 5* hotel environment
•  Relevant Tertiary qualification
• Proven Leadership skills and results oriented
• Experience in managing brand standards
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications
