Due to the promotion of our Deputy Principal, Sarah McGarry, to the position of Head of Frensham Schools from the beginning of 2021, we are seeking an outstanding educator to join our vibrant learning community and leadership team. Reporting to the Principal, the successful candidate will be an experienced and dynamic professional with:

• a passion for innovative learning
• the ability to authentically connect with and engage students, staff and parents in the life of the School
• the capacity to foster a caring and supportive environment for students that builds confidence and self-responsibility at all stages of development
• an outstanding track record of leadership and management in a school
