Post Name: Artwork Designer
Artwork Designer for Stamping tool, for Connector and Leadframe industry.
Education Level and Experience of Artwork Designer:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering /NTC1 or equivalent
• Min 5 years of hands-on experience in stamping tool design
• Good with Autocad / Solidwork and experience in DXF and Gerber program will be added advantage
• With leadframe knowledge
• Design and teamwork skills
• Working closely with existing team for new tooling from conceptual to detailed completion
• Approve document control and spare parts purchase drawings
• Provide information on technical design to Sales/Marketing team for tooling cost and quotes
• All technical matters pertaining to Tooling Design and Engineering change notice in the production line
• Strong organisational skills and attention to details

Job Requirements of Tool Maker:

• Min 3 years of experience in Connectors & Leadframe Stamping
• To lead a team of Tool Setters
• Troubleshooting of High Speed Mould
• Set up on Bruderer / Kyon Machine
• Able to perform shift work
• Diploma/NTC/’O’level
• Working location : Tuas

Post Name: Tool Setter
Job Requirements of Tool Setter:

• To operate stamping machines according to specification
• To do bath maintenance according to the specs and schedule
• Responsible for the quality of the products during machine operation
• To fill up all machine checklist according to SOP
• To report any abnormality encountered during machine operation to the Supervisor
• To be responsible for the scraps encountered during operation
• Able to perform shift work
• NTC / ‘O’ Level
• Working location: Tuas
