Tool Maker Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Connectors & Lead frame Stamping
• To lead a team of tool setters
• Troubleshooting of High Speed Mould
• Diploma / NTC / ‘O’ Level
• Set up on Bruderer/ Kyori Machine

Post Name: Tool Setter

Tool Setter Job Requirements:

• To operate stamping machines according to the specification
• To do bath maintenance according to the specs and schedule
• Responsible for the quality of the products during machine operation
• To fill up all machine checklist according to SOP
• To report any abnormality encountered during machine operations to the Supervisor
• To be responsible for the scraps encountered during operation
• NTC / ‘O’ Level

For both positions:

1. Able to perform shift work
2. Working Location: Tuas
