Requirements:
– To assist Project Manager in managing and executing of day to day project or site operation.
– Closely monitoring and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to the specification, construction plan, procedures and work instructions
– At least 5 years of working experiences in construction preferably in infrastructure, earthwork or building construction.
– Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Post Name: Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
• Working experience in quantity surveying work is required.
• Able to assist in identify, establish, implement and maintain effective systems, processes and internal controls in subcontractors administration
• Planning and overseeing building works, advising clients about building/property issue and undertaking building survey and valuations
• Able to prepare progress claim and payment certificate
• Good command or written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  Post Name: Surveying Engineer
  Requirements:
  – Degree in Engineering or Surveying or similar qualification
  – Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction
  – To obtain and record survey data, keep accurate notes, record and sketches to describe and certify work performed.
  – To determine methods and procedures for establishing or re-establishing survey control
  – Good command or written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  Post Name: Civil Engineer
  Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years working experience in Civil Engineering
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings to be issued to vendors for construction
• Lead and participate in design reviews
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation
• Good command or written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  Post Name: Draughter
  Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years working experience in C&S drafting
• Certificate of Experience in Auto Cad or drafting
• Good organizing and communication skills
• To create technical drawings based on given specification and calculations
• Good command or written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  Post Name: Safety Officer
  Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in Safety line
• Inspects the site to ensure it is a hazard free environment
• Valid certificate from DOSH & CIDB
• Experience in construction site works
  Post Name: Admin
  Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience
• Posses a Diploma/Certificate in Business Administrative or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office application
• Monitoring outstanding payment and handle all administrative matters.
