Post Name: After School Care Coordinator
A permanent position is available to lead our After School Care service, which operates every school day for students K-6. The position commences at the beginning of Term 4, 2020 (or sooner if possible) with daily hours of 10am-6pm.

The successful applicant for this role will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. They will have demonstrated ability to develop, plan and implement quality educational programs, with a wide range of activities which stimulate and interest the girls who attend. The successful applicant will be highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. They will have strong time management skills and the high level administrative and communication skills to ensure the program meets all ACECQA expectations.

Applicants should hold a minimum Certificate III in Child Care and have had at least two years working with children in an education care or children’s service. A current First Aid Certificate would also be desirable, as would interest in extending the service to include a Vacation Care program in the future. The successful applicant will also be committed to the full life of the School and supportive of its Christian ethos.
