Post Name: ICT Executive (Senari)
Responsibilities:
* To ensure the stable operation of the in-house computer network. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links.
* To analyze and resolve end user hardware and software computer problems in a timely and accurate where required.
* To plans, designs, implements data connectivity of LAN and WAN.
* To performs systems installation, data backup, maintenance and problem solving.
* To maintains up-to-date documentation of data center schematics.
* To maintain usage and ensure security of data and access privileges.
* To establishes and maintains user’s accounts, profiles, file sharing, access privileges.
* To provide internet and intranet user support.
* Responsible for firmware upgrades ensuring minimal downtime.
* Responsible for IT asset inventory.
* Responsible for the setting up and standby Audio Visual for the company.
* Responsible for all IT infrastructure support within the company including server, desktop, LAN & WAN connectivity.
* Responsible for the first level software support for all the standard software.
* Manage and fine tuning of servers, firewall, switches, routers, wireless and also telecommunication lines are configured to operate at optimum speed.
Requirements:
* Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
* Minimum three (3) years of working experience.
* Expert on desktop, portable computers trouble shooting skills or server configuration, network equipment expertise such as router, firewall, load balancer, switching equipment etc.
* Result oriented individual, good team player, self-motivated, reliable and able to work with minimum supervision.
* Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both orally and in writing.
Post Name: Maintenance Technician (Tanjung Manis)
The Job:
The incumbent will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the facility in ensuring the equipment is well-maintained to optimize availability and safety. He will be responsible in carrying out the scheduled maintenance program, routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, corrective maintenance, and installation of facility equipment.
Requirements:
* Possess at least a SPM/SPVM/”O” Level. Certificate/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or other relevant technical qualification is an added advantage.
* At least three (3) years working experience in similar capacity.
* Knowledge and skills in maintenance and repairing of machinery and equipment and basic engineering works especially in electrical works.
* Good team player, self-motivated, reliable, able to work with minimum supervision.
* Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both orally and in writing.
* Willing to work on shift/long hours and on call to support operations when necessary.
* Knowledge and experience in computerized maintenance system and automated terminal operations will be an added advantage.
* PC literate and familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
