Mechanical Technician job offer at Shell

Post Name: Mechanical Technician

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and/or minimum 6 years work experience in mechanical engineering maintenance in the Oil and Gas Industry
• Experience in executing and delivering maintenance, plant charges, project execution, construction activities (mechanical static equipment and piping works), contractor management, net in a manufacturing environment.

You will be accountable for Prepare, drive and deliver the quality execution of field mechanical tasks required to deliver non-routine maintenance and construction activities according to the approved performance criteria in Safety, Quality, Schedule, and Cost. This includes but is not limited to the field execution of plant changes, fabric maintenance, CUI mitigation, tank inspection, temporary repair, and major Corrective Maintenance works.

Provide active supervision of assigned Contractor-Partners during work execution, continuously applying safe work behaviors, ensuring high-quality work execution and high productivity throughout the workday. This includes consistently developing and reviewing Job Hazard Analysis, Job Method Statements with the Contractor-Partners, and conducting highly engaged toolbox Talks before start work on-site and excellent communication skills.
