Shore Preparatory School is an Anglican School consisting of an Early Learning Centre and Kindergarten, Year 1 and Year 2 campus at Northbridge and a Years 3 to 6 campus at North Sydney. Job Type:- Full time temporary position for Terms 2, 3 and 4, 2019

Qualified teachers are invited to apply for this classroom teaching position at the Preparatory School starting as soon as possible. The role involves providing executive release in Year 6 and co-teaching across Years 3-6, working with class teachers and groups of students on projects, research tasks and extension activities. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and innovative teacher to contribute to the all-round development of primary-aged children.

The successful applicant will be an outstanding class teacher who is able to work well with children, parents and other teachers and who is willing to participate fully in the co-curricular life of the School, including Saturday sports coaching. They must have a strong working knowledge in matters of pedagogy, curriculum and assessment for primary children and be fully supportive of the aims and practices of this Christian School. Experience working with high potential learners would be advantageous.
