(Western Division)

The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and growing the clientele. This is accomplished through development of new and existing clients within the Western Division.

The rep is responsible for planning and achieving monthly and annual target.

The role’s key responsibilities include:

• Establish positive personal relationship with existing and new clients
• Achieve agreed upon weekly / monthly target
• Set and follow through appointments with new and existing clients
• Offer presentations to clients demonstrating our product, processes and capabilities
• Establish and maintain commercially excellent accounts for the territory
• Maintain client listing and contracts and analyse the market potential
• Coordinate operational functions with head office
• Communicate to management via a weekly/ monthly report on customer needs, market conditions, issues, success and efforts
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing /potential clients

The Ideal candidate must possess the following attributes:

• Relevant tertiary education.
• Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing will be an advantage.
• Proven sales and marketing experience
• A strong desire and commitment to succeed in meeting set targets
• Technical aptitude
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• A passion for continuous improvement
• Valid driver’s license
