Post Name: Magazines Operations Executive
The Job:
you will oversee the overall performance of magazine operations and serve as a single point of contact for all circulation matters to in house and third party publishers
Requirements:

• Conduct market analytics for magazine circulation sales performance
• Maintain and draw synergy within Magazine and operations team, and other supporting teams
• Ensure timely releases of scheduled magazine titles
• Handle all enquirer and complaints from magazine publishers
• Manage magazine promotional budget
• Manage all branding and promotional activities for all titles in partnership with publishers’ marketing directions
• Conduct periodic checks on retail outlets and newsstands for display and sales performance
• Manage new distribution channels e.g vending machines
  Requirements:

• Degree with one year of working experience in retail or merchandising
• Outgoing, cheerful disposition and able to present and explain sales numbers and strategies to the publishers
• Must be able to vet business contracts
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel

  The Job:

• Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for the planning & execution of marketing campaigns for various F&B festivals.
• Conceptualize and develop marketing materials including advertisements, program guides, brochures, EDMs, CRM, Website, miscellaneous print
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams and arrange for the effective distribution of marketing materials
• Establish and manage marketing budgets, forecasts and reports
• Liaising with internal sales and operation teams to meet and exceed partner requirements/expectations
• Monitor competitor activity
• Manage reservation portal and prepare necessary reports.
• Manage event hotline and hotline agents
• On-site presence and support of each event
  Requirements:

• Degree in Business/Marketing studies
• Experience/exposure in the F&B industry will be an advantage
• Dynamic, resourceful self-driven, hardworking, confident and an outgoing individual with great interpersonal skills and an effective team player
• Pleasant with a flair for interacting with an international community with diverse cultural backgrounds
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Good creative writing and copy writing skills are a must
• Strong knowledge and experience in the use of social and online media in marketing
• Proficiency in HTML and Social Media marketing and development will be an advantage
• Excellent proficiency of MS Office
