Your mission is promote SPH’s integrated media platforms, encompassing print digital, radio and out-of-home, to advertisers from all industries. Your reward? It’s as big as you want it to be. •  Being your own boss drives you
• You have a few years of sales experience (media industry preferred)
• You are persuasive, inquisitive and highly energetic
• You are organized, and write and speak well

As this is a contract for service position, there will be no basic salary, CPF contributions and staff benefits. You will enjoy attractive sales commission payout for every sales deal you seal.

Post Name:- Customer Care Officer (Counter)

The Job:-

•  Attend to walk-in customers with their advertisements and payments
• Handle advertisement bookings for all newspaper publications
• Process advertisements for agencies, canvassers, and print & digital obituaries
• General administrative duties

Requirements:-

•  Diploma
• Effectively bilingual
• Customer-oriented and eye for details
• Good computer skills and digital savvy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle demanding customers
