Responsibilities of Project Manager:

• To lead and manage the project team in the coordination and management of projects.
• To responsible on all QA/QS requirements to the projects
• To monitor the contracts and ensure completion of the works within the approved budget and timeline
• To monitor and review the contractors’ program, progress and deliverables to ensure all requirements are fulfilled
• To establish and control all construction progress and ensuring all technical and engineering aspects of the building project meet statutory requirements

Requirements of Project Manager:

• Possess recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• More than 10 years relevant working experience, especially in road and bridge construction
• Must familiar with local authorities’ practices and regulations pertaining to development approvals, well versed with all law governing property development laws, construction procedures, including management and security.
• Computer literate with knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Applications
• Good communication skills in spoken and written both in English and Bahasa Malaysia
