St Josephs Home, a newly redeveloped 6-storey nursing home that can accommodate up to 412 senior residents at full capacity, runs a childcare centre to promote inter-generational bonding Situated at Jurong West Street 24 (and if you aspire to work nearer to Jurong vicinity), we are recruiting – immediate vacancies:-

Job Duties:-

•  Assist in assuring food quality and cooking techniques used are consistent and of high standards.
•  Prepare and cook food based on menu, prepare soft diet and puree meal from recipes instructed by Sous Chef and Chef De Partie.
• Ensure cleanliness of all areas in the kitchen.
• Comply with hygiene and food safety standards set by Home.
• Maintain a clean, neat and professional appearance.

Requirements:-

•  Minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity
•  Maintain culinary standards and smooth workflow up to Home’s requirements.
• Able to adapt, work independently and in a team.
• Understand, speak and read basic English.
• Able to perform shifts including weekend and public holidays.

Work Schedule: 6-day week on Roster – 1st shift hour starts at 5.30 am; last shift hour ends at 8.00 pm
