The Assistant Principal Learning and Teaching:

• Is a member of the College Leadership Team
• Leads the development and implementation of a student-centred, intellectually challenging and wide-ranging curriculum

Essential qualities include:

• Demonstrated experience in a leadership position
• Background and Qualifications in education
• Understanding of girls’ education and ability to embed this in the broad curriculum
• Ability to develop curriculum policy and pedagogy across all curriculum areas
• Demonstrated skills in effective communication

Desirable qualities include:
Ability to develop an effective timetable
