Stella Maris College seeking for Mathematics and HSIE Teachers

Stella Maris College Manly, Positions Available for Mathematics Teacher and HSIE Teacher in 2019.

Both positions are full-time and will commence Term 1 2019. Applicants must support the catholic Good Samaritan ethos and tradition of the college and meet Child Protection requirements.

Post Name: Mathematics Teacher
The successful applicant will be experienced in teaching stages 4, 5 and 6 (experience with the new standard Mathematics course would be an advantage). They will display a conscientious approach to professional practice, have enthusiastic teaching and learning practices to maintain ongoing classroom excellence, and have an interest in program development, data driven teaching and new pedagogical approaches. New or beginning teachers will be considered.

Post Name: HSIE Teacher
The successful applicant will be experienced in teaching Legal studies/Business studies/commerce/Geography (stages 4 and 5) and will be enthusiastic, innovative and maintain a positive and effective learning environment. They will have expertise and experience in curriculum differentiation a commitment to a range of different classroom teaching strategies and will enjoy planning co-operatively within the department.
